This web site will relate practical "Green" and environmentally Friendly information to the home owner, the individual consumer, the builder, and the commercial building owner.   The opening of this site deals primarily with the tax incentives provided by the Energy Policy Act of 2005.  It also deals with how the home owner can save money on utility bills.

As this site expands it will include Green building practices of National programs like Energy Star, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and other Federal incentive programs like the Federal Energy Policy Act (EPACT) of 2005.
